Phase 3 - Schedule

The TIMELINE phase begins at the conclusion of the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (typically a 4-8 week period).

Work Agreement for Construction Services

At this time, you will enter into a formal Work Agreement for Construction Services (WACS) with GreenTex Builders with terms that are mutually agreed upon. The Work Agreement includes a construction commitment payment, which is commonly 5% of anticipated building costs. A portion of this commitment payment is nonrefundable in the event the project is cancelled.

Construction Timeline & Documents

In this phase we lock the construction plan for your project into GreenTex Builders schedule. We generate a detailed construction timeline for you so that you know what to expect and when.

We also finalize the schematic drawings and produce the Construction Documents, which will be submitted to the city for permiting.

Risk Management and Environmental Assessments

Optionally, we can arrange for a review of the drawings by a risk management consultant for peer review to focus on water incursion, and air & moisture management. We also complete any environmental assessments.

We also begin working and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to get the best value for their products or services.

Then it's time to break ground and we are on to Phase 4 - Build!
